Quattro Passi, Mayfair
Quattro Passi brings the fresh flavours of Campania in Southern Italy, to Dover Street, Mayfair in the heart of London. Chef/Patron Antonio Mellino, who has earned two Michelin stars at his landmark restaurant in Campania, has moved to London with the mission of introducing Londoners to real Italian fine dining.
The elegant and contemporary decor of the spacious dining room at Quattro Passi incorporates quietly luxurious features, such as the internally-lit alabaster staircase and bar, hand-sculpted leather wall finishes, and French silk wallpaper. Individual touches include a striking and hand-crafted chandelier made from thousands of tiny silk petals, and notable modern artworks have been selected to enhance the relaxing ambiance.
A private members bar and lounge is stylish and luxuriously designed, and provides a welcoming and informal ambiance for enjoying cocktails, fine wines and spirits, delicious and simple food from a special club menu, and live music on selected evenings.
Marquee AV has provided audio systems in keeping with the quality and style of both the restaurant and members lounge. In the restaurant the system is based around K Array loudspeakers, which discretely deliver true high fidelity performance. The system is digitally controlled by a Biamp Nexia network processor, with Biamp remote control wall panels strategically located for simple control and ease of use by the restaurant’s staff. The loudspeakers are driven by an APart multi-channel power amplifier.
In the members lounge Marquee chose L-ACOUSTICS loudspeakers to deliver world-class live music performance. The system’s quality is complemented by an Allen & Heath mixing console and Shure microphones.
