Battlebridge Room, Kings Place

Kings Place is a prominent cultural centre, creative hub, and mixed-use building, hosting events including conferences, receptions, music and performances. Dixon Jones, the same architectural firm that designed the National Gallery and the Royal Opera House, designed the building.

The project scope, was to create flexible AV system for the event space, that can host up to 100 delegates in various layouts. When designing the new Audio-Visual system for The Battlebridge Room, Marquee AV’s intention was to match the sophisticated style and standard of the rest of the building.

The new audio system, was designed around the Bose professional, MA12EX column speakers, which deliver clear and consistent sound for the events.

The speakers are reinforced, by the Powersoft Mezzo-602AD and Mezzo-322AD amplifiers, which provide two channels of amplification.

In addition to the audio system, the Battlebridge Room is now equipped with a Black Magic video hub system, which allows for high-quality video transmission and distribution for various events.

The Q-SYS CORE-110F v2 touchscreen control panel, provides advanced audio processing and networked audio channels and further supports various accessories to create a fully integrated audio, video and control solution.
