Located in the creative St Paul’s community, this Georgian townhouse is an eccentric Boutique hotel, complete with library, lounge bar and sprawling Boot Factory – an all day neighbourhood café bar offering a ping-pong table, photobooth and courtyard garden.
Marquee AV designed and installed a Bose music and visual system.
